I went there to have a background check performed. The girl behind the desk seemed clueless as to what she was doing, so I asked her several times if she knew what she was doing. She ignored me every time I asked. Turns out she didn't know what she was doing, and my background check was never received. I wish I would have read the reviews because there are other complaints on here about her. Do not use this place. They are incompetent to say the least. What a disgusting business. Zero stars.
The Karen behind the desk has no home training. Nor does she have customer service skills. She was screaming at me to get out as I'm walking out the place after she left me in the back of the building to scream from the front desk because she doesn't have proper skills for her job. If you are scanning for fingerprints you could offer a person a seat she didn't even look in my direction as if I was bothering her. smh then has the nerve to tell me to have a nice day in a rude tone as if I need her words.
