Horrible company. Do not trust to get insurance through company

I’m hung up on phone calls. Reps are rude! Can not get my address corrected. So many letters since buying a new car, all different amounts. Numerous calls to correct. I still have to call again. I’m now researching new insurance companies. I’m just tired of all the inconsistencies.
