My heat went out and my warranty was running us around so I called him on a Saturday and he came out same day and got my heat fixed. My house was 40 degrees before he came and saved the day. Called him and he was on the way with the part within 30 minutes to an hour!

Not sure they deserve 1 star. They are not reliable and don’t have good customer service. Contacted them about a furnace issue , house temperature is 55•F diagnosed the issue and said will look for the part and will let me know . When I asked when I was told “stay warm” when I call because it’s been hours and no communication. They don’t answer my calls just to text back in a very defensive way. So I’ve been with no heat in the middle of winter for 24hrs. Customer satisfaction should be a priority. Don

Do not patronize this "business" under any circumstance!!! Contacted "owner" for an emergency call during the bad snow storm. Paid $75 for visit. Was told furnace would be fixed the next day. Had to go to hospital with such child the next day, so was doing business over the phone. Paid $250 via cash app for labor and almost $478 to warehouse for part. never completed the job got my money but never finished the job this started before Christmas 2021 it is mow end of July 2022
