This will be my 3rd year bringing my children here for a physical, and each time the staff was very kind and inviting. The brown skin lady at the front desk with glasses was very understanding patient and kind to us. I watched her use the same attitude to everyone she spoke to and it was very well appreciated!
I've been coming here since forever. Literally! I didn't realize that I was only SIX YEARS OLD when I first came here. I do have my ups and downs here. I haven't been coming here for awhile now coz I never have anyone that brings me here to have patience with the length of this place (many of you knows what I mean by this !) Some nurses and doctors are amazing, they do their jobs well but the others they will just go in the room and say why you here. I did my review on the wrong part of the clinic. But I have been coming to Dr.Newman forever he started off at an clinic on Cleveland ave. I was 17 i seen him until he retired. But I still come here, so that's enough to be said. I love all of the old staff and I love the new staff as well Dr.David and Dr.Carol they listen to you and that's what I love about the doctors. They definitely have faves and pick and choose when and who they send back and not in order. Signed in at 8:35. They open at 9. Sent back at 10:11. Sat in room over a hour. Listening as they laughed and ate donuts. Lady at desk never smiles or greets folks. No one acts as if they wanna work there and it shows!! You'll get in and out faster at any emergency room
I have been going to Dr.Newman‘s office for years even with such a high turn around and I got treated with a nasty nice today and I was accused of being nasty for being concerned about some things as far as time and how was treated when I was there at 11:04 today ready to see my doctor confer with him about my health focusing on keeping good health when I was not being nasty at all.
