Once they come out and see you and set you up on a plan it's almost impossible to get an agent to come out to your house again. I have Parkinson's and with the stage I'm in I need help face to face. I don't think they understand that. I may have an appointment, not sure because I didn't write it down. I'm also a Vietnam veteran and they never showed a plan approved by USSA
