Very helpful.. he has all the information and answers. The website is super easy to use and actually gets to the point lol Zach helped me renew my card and made sure I got to see the same Dr and he also recently helped my gf get her card last week and it's a reasonable price.
Rude guy and answered the phone call and he was just reading to me. I almost had to yell at him on the phone to listen to me. I just had enough of his pompous dictate reading and hung up on him when his friend called me back. Aren't people supposed to be concerned or at least pretend to care who work in the health care industry?
