Somehow they let me make an appointment set for two months ago and then cancelled because I didn't have time to give them all of my info. They also only get you approved if you're diagnosed, which would have been nice to know beforehand.

I reached out to get my renewal on December 30th. I seen the Dr at 10:50am and was charged but didn't receive my documents stating my renewal was granted. I called a couple hours after being charged for my visit and was told that my recommendation should be there by 3pm, but that didn't happen. After realizing my recommendation wasn't in order I reached out to customer service just to find out no one was there to take my call to sort out the matter. This is the place to go to get your medical card! Zach and the team are kind and thorough and efficient! The process is very quick and easy. Also, one really awesome service they provide is a PTSD consultation with experienced doctors for patients in need of an official diagnosis. Oh yeah, and the cost is the lowest around!!
