If not for my physical issues, I really enjoy visiting this office. The wait time is almost non-existent. I'm taken back and seen almost immediately. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when greeting me. They're very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Oruganti is thorough with her exams and takes her time to discuss issues and treatments. She's extremely compassionate and intelligent. And that puts me at ease when visiting.
Dr. Shail Govani did an excellent review of my GI health, asked pertinent questions and included me in my healthcare plan treatment options. Highly recommended this young man for anyone in need of a gastroenterologist. They also have offices all over the Columbus metro areas and suburbs for easier access options. He was recommended to me by Jami A. Kinnucan, M.D. from Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. I believe they went to college there or worked together in Michigan!!! O-H
My wife can never get a person on the phone. She only gets voicemail and nobody calls her back. Don’t waste your time and money on this place
This office referred me to a breath test company called Aerodiagnostic, a company which it turns out has very suspicious billing practices. I also had to call multiple times to get test results and to inquire about medicine because no one returned my calls. I am now looking for a new GI Dr.
I had a great total experience with Dr Isler and the staff at mt Carmel east GI CENTER
