It has been a little over a year since the floor coating was installed. It is holding up like new. After the installation there were a few minor issues that I contacted Mike about. His quick response to resolve these issues was amazing. Justin stopped out promptly to take care of all my concerns. It’s nice to work with a company that cares about the customer after the work is complete.
I just want say that both crews that were sent out to house were awesome and clearly paid attention to all the details of my garage floor and it came out awesome. The fact they offered the storage unit from Units in Chagrin Falls a plus, and Heather from Units was surely nice to deal with. Excellent Company. Professional from start to finish. Our garage looks amazing. The men that performed the work were prompt, courteous and extremely proficient at their jobs. I would highly recommend OGI to anyone needing the services they provide. As a follow-up, I just had a crack repaired by OGI and I'd have to say it looks wonderful.
