Stress free super helpful
Christina was awesome, the whole process was super easy. I've used Ohio Fidelity twice and they've been great both times.
As a Real Estate Agemt I have worked with Ohio Fidelity as my favorite go to Title Company for my closings. They are personal and responsible and positive in all situations, resolving difficulties with great Professionalism. Overall experience was just okay. Christina was extremely sweet & helpful. Communication seemed to be lacking in some areas re: consistency. They were slow to file final paperwork with the county even though everything was in hand the day prior. I was not made aware until signing that the POA for the seller is directly affiliated with the agency, which is why he wanted to use them.
