My experience at this office was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, we were not greeted and immediately met with hostility from a white female, blonde, with dark roots and a mixed female, ginger with glasses. The front desk staff did not acknowledge us until we approached the window, and the interaction that followed was dismissive and rude. I like to see Dr Hall he is knowledgeable and caring. Only thing I had to wait little longer.
Scheduling people really listen to ur needs for the apt and IF it’s an asap type they will contact ur dr staff and make available soon a time for you. Both Dr Freidman and Dr Joseph Hall go above & beyond in their expertise , listening, compassion and finding using the right medical means to get u well and back fully into your loved life activities and they continue to monitor u, follow up spots and staff call a few times to check on how ur doing.
