The Doctors are great but the wait times can be long with lack of communication from staff and impatient tone with patients whether in waiting rooms or phone. Also communication to patients from staff could be kinder and more patient. You get told something different from staff and I’m concerned about the professionalism. Getting forms is difficult with staff and rhe seem frustrated when you ask for them for school. I wish they had more care about the parents of patients and patients with allergies. I have to get an allergy shot once a week, which sucks. One thing that helps is that the staff / nurses in the shot room are always so kind and friendly. Shout out to Morgan who typically gives me my shot - she does a great job!
I was in with almost no wait time and Dr. Briody was able to find my problem.
Awesome staff,Dr Briody is great, she explains and answers questions.
