Dr. Goodman was very attentive and spent time listening inf to my concerns. I knew exactly my condition when my appointment was over. I am very satisfied from this very first visit. The staff was very kind and professional.

First of February I seen Doctor Goodman at the clinic on North Hamilton in Gahanna for Eczema. He prescribed a medicine (shot). I had two that day and one the next Tuesday. I was to have one of these shots weekly and his office would schedule the appointment. Never heard from him or his staff for 4 weeks. I stopped into his office and was told there must be a mix up and they will call in the prescription to the specialty pharmacy and it will be mailed to me. Shoot room waiting time is getting worse and worse. Last Tuesday took 25 minutes. This Tuesday took even longer 35 minutes.
