From my first phone call to picking up my trailer Patrick was always available and able to accommodate all my requests. Both Patrick and Paul waited on me to arrive well after their normal hours and had everything ready. Even though I got there after hours they never rushed me and answered all my questions! Great selection and service!
I was on a hunt for a 8.5X16 car carrier and was coming up short. A friend suggested I check out Ohio enclosed trailers and I did. I was able to purchase a new trailer along with key matching locks at just about what a used one would have run me. The guys immediately made me feel at home and even delivered the trailer to my home. It’s rare I buy a trailer but if I had it to do again I would not hesitate to do business with these guys. Stand up transaction all the way around.
I ordered an enclosed trailer and the delivery was delayed multiple times with no updates. When it finally arrived, some parts were missing and I had to chase the team for answers. The whole experience felt stressful and unprofessional.
