The lady who answered the phone was rude. I started the conversation by saying I needed to reschedule. She told me I had to wait for a work order. I then explained 3 times how bridgestream had already sent over the work order, the company guys had called me to schedule and I was scheduled and I was just calling now to reschedule. I had to hang up because she put me on hold for too long and I had a meeting to go to. When someone else called me later they blamed me for the secretary’s misunderstanding.
Ohio Electric has been a Godsend! The customer service is exemplary! From Laura the manager to Mark the installer, their knowledge, professionalism, and delivery are top notch! I have depended on them for an emergency situation and also for an everyday issue and will continue to be a strong supporter and customer! Thank you Ohio Electric for being a company we can depend on!
This company is fantastic, loved working with them on a project. They helped our tenant to do an install on an EV charger and kept great channels of communication with both management and the resident. Highly recommend for any professionals in need of a vendor that does excellent work for a reasonable price. Shoutout to Laura and Paul for the top-tier service!

OES and Danny were awesome from the jump! I emailed and within minutes, my phone was ringing. I was fortunate enough to get in the schedule quickly. Danny was punctual, communicative and a true craftsman. It was a small job, however, he approached it as a person who loves their craft would. My outlets and switches all function flawlessly and the install is immaculate. Definitely going to be my go-to electricians! Thank you so much!
