my service was shut off, and they demanded $600.00 to turn back on. finally was able to pay the next morning, and it’s taken them 8 hours to turn service back on, and still counting. i’ve called them many times throughout the day and they all give me a different story. one person says it’ll take 1-2 hours. another says by 6pm the latest, and another says they don’t know a time frame. ohio edison is completely GARBAGE. always overcharge.
