I live on Ashland Ct. in Elyria and our street light pole was knocked down last November 2024. The light pole still has not been replaced. We have called many times over the last year and get the same answer, we are working on it. I called today (Friday Nov. 14, 2025) to find out the status. This is my first time reading the reviews for them and it’s exactly what I thought it would be. Ohio Edison is 8 min from my apartment. It’s going on two weeks we haven’t had power. How is this company still in business? By far one of the worst experiences I ever had to face in life.
There call center is an absolute joke. Why make someone wait on the phone for a hour on hold. But then you end up getting an electric bill that varies from $350-450 a month
