I recently went in to visit my grandma and had a very poor experience. Around lunch time, she transported to the dining room and was sat. She complained to me that she over heard staff specifically the manager there talking poorly about residents as well as staff members. she quoted “ive never heard such horrible comments about their employees as well as my friends, and it disgusts me to think about what they could be saying about me.” Im not impressed at all, there seems to be no communication of possible issues between man... read more
Always nice clean facility and very friendly staff always. Had dinner with my boyfriends mother at the apartment side there down at the dining hall. The food and service was excellent as well as the conversation with the residents. Everyone there is so nice. This is an excellent place
Exceptional care. The staff was professional, attentive to my needs and very kind. This facility is an asset to the community. Have recommended this facility to others needing care and/or rehabilitation.
I sent my grandmother here for end of life care. The staff (Kelly and Renee) obviously cared about my grandmother's comfort and well-being. Facility is beautiful and has a home-like feel to it.
