If I could give this less than a 1, I would. Several attempts made over a two week span due to work hours that dont allow time for a visit to an e-check with a live attend. Every trip resulted in the same thing, the kiosk is out of service. Now to take time off work to get the e-check completed. Better maintenance of the kiosk would be beneficial to many.
Even a newly bought used car needed an E-Check before I could put plates on it.
Thus location was quick easy to get service and staffed by two mature older gentlemen who gave excellent service in a professional manner. I will continue to use this location in the future although just today I read where Governor Dewine says Ohio will start to eliminate the echeck in Northeastern Ohio now due to EPA air standards improving. Seeing is believing.
