Always an inconvenience. E-Check is a stupid Ohio law/regulation.
So I have been here a couple of different times, Normally , I end up using the self serve kiosk to just save time. Fail , d check last year and then vehicle went down and wasn't able to get repairs done, Follow the instructions of the last echeck worker, I was able to get the repairs done and documented. I took this information yesterday to this location and wintonside and spoke with somebody , and they were super kind and very professional And they help me get my problem solved.
