Been on hold for 40 mins BOTH times, someone answered but immediately hung up. All I need to do is get health insurance and transfer my sons to Ohio!? But everything is on the phone. But no one wants to answer.
every time you try to call even if it’s for an appointment they put you on hold or offer a call back and estimated time will say 30 mins then 2 hours later still waiting then once they finally do call back on hold for another hour nothing is done in a timely manner and some people don’t have 3+ hours to spend waiting on hold.
