Very unhelpful and the customer service was dismissive and misleading. Please call first before you start any mail in process! I live in California and needed to order a certified birth certificate. I followed the mail in process based on the website, only to wait over a month later and now I paid more than $40 for two copies when I needed one. When my check wasn't cashed, I followed up via email, and was advised to start the process again, and got my order in over the phone, and find out my paper check was cashed! No way of... read more
Supervisor Angela is to be commended. She went above and beyond to find my mother's birth certificate. It turned out my mother's middle name, not her surname, was on the index. The certificate never would have been found without Angela's perseverance.
