My basement flooded. I contacted Ohio Custom Waterproofing and Drainage to try to find a solution. James was very professional and discussed options to fix the problem. I ended up getting drains and a sump pump. James came on time, did a great job on installation, and even finished early. The crew he brought also did a great job. Although I heard good things about this company, I did not like the high pressure sales tactics while he was in my home. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it was not easy to get him out of my house. I was just looking for a quote and not ready to make a decision at that point. Would not recommend. The quote was considerable higher than two other quotes I received.
James did a great job on my basement. I waited 4 months to post this review to make sure I have not had any issues. I am happy with the way everything has turned out. It looks amazing. Does not leak at all! He was honest and didn't have any hidden fees when giving the quote. He reached out afterwards to see if I had any issues.
