I can tell you that James is a man of integrity and character. I contacted him because another contractor had done a terrible job with my outside waterproofing. The first thing he said to me was ,"Can you get the contractor to return and fix the problem, that would be much cheaper. Now, what contractor would say that and mean it. James is outstanding. I have called him for an estimate and he is so honest that he told me I didn't need his services. And he gave me some guidance for what I needed to do to fix my problem. I Wiil be calling him again.

James at Ohio Custom Waterproofing & Drainage was great. He was friendly, professional, and honest. A buddy recommended him and had nothing but great things to say. His quote was affordable, he walked us through various solutions and was honest about why some wouldn't work for us, but found a solution that would. Work looks great, and we're excited to finish the basement now.
