My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the job that James and his crew did in our basement. James, the owner, was on-site each day, working along side his crew. Although I heard good things about this company, I did not like the high pressure sales tactics while he was in my home. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it was not easy to get him out of my house. I was just looking for a quote and not ready to make a decision at that point. Would not recommend. The quote was considerable higher than two other quotes I received.
James did a great job on my basement. I waited 4 months to post this review to make sure I have not had any issues. I am happy with the way everything has turned out. It looks amazing. Does not leak at all! He was honest and didn't have any hidden fees when giving the quote. He reached out afterwards to see if I had any issues. James and his crew were a great find for my basement water issues. They were very professional, worked extremely hard, and completed my project in just over 3 days. I would highly recommend James at Ohio Custom Waterproofing and Drainage to remedy your water issues at less than 40% of what others would charge!
Exceptional job with our waterproofing project. When James came out to review our situation it was obvious that he knew his line of work extensively, which was quite different from the prior quote we got from a salesman at another company. His quote actually included moving our existing sump pump to the corner of the basement and rerouting and updating the existing outside drainage lines.
