From excavation to equipment hookup, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences we've ever had with a contractor. To start, they failed to dig the hole deep enough for our fiberglass pool, requiring them to dig deeper and reset to align with the patio pavers. Cole and his entire crew were amazing and went above and beyond. They worked tirelessly and were very respectful when answering our countless questions about the pool install. Marina was patient with us despite our impatience and was very helpful and kind. While the project took longer than expected due to the miserable Ohio weather, we are very happy with the outcome.
As a GC that covers the entire US for clients. Most companies when I call them either think I am a scam artist or I am trying to waste their time. Beautiful work and not even done yet
Cole and Adrian and team were amazing. Field any number of project questions and we're very detailed and accommodating throughout the process. A lot of years and knowledge in the crew and it shows. Would have liked more efficient communication from some members but they made it count where it mattered. Very happy with choosing them for such a large project.
