Does anyone even work here? No communication, no service feels like a shell company.
This company is awful. They put the pool in the ground before they even had a permit. They splashed concrete all over my house and the vehicles in the driveway. They backed a truck into the side of my house and refused to pay for it to be fixed. They trampled the brand new sod. Marina is a liar and her husband showed up two times for the entire project. Steer clear. Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever dealt with.
We were so glad we went with Ohio Custom Pool and Patio for our pool project. They were always very responsive and great at communicating timeline, next steps, status updates, etc. Everyone on the team was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall extremely pleased with our final product and the process!

From excavation to equipment hookup, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences we've ever had with a contractor. To start, they failed to dig the hole deep enough for our fiberglass pool, requiring them to dig deeper and reset to align with the patio pavers.
