RecommendedLove the new place. So clean and good ambience!! Cryotherapy was good and loved every minute of compression therapy. Just what I needed after a rigours workout. Katrice is gem of a person. She makes me feel comfortable at each therapy and always do her best. Therapies are relaxing and very effective. I am already loving the results with cryo-slimming. If you are thinking of doing it, don't wait. Just go for it.
bad customer service. You are expected to pay upfront but they charge a fee if you need to reschedule an appointment. Go elsewhere.
I went to Ariana for a hydrafacial and it was absolutely amazing and was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She was so knowledgeable, very professional, so friendly, and made my face look and feel amazing! I 10/10 recommend her services. I’ll be back to see her for sure!
I scheduled an appointment with Katrice Allen but could not make it. When I called to let her know she was very professional and tried her best to reschedule my appointment. I haven’t had any services yet but I know I will be very satisfied because she’s very dedicated and passionate about what she does!
I purchased a membership, 8 sessions of cryotherapy per month, for $170. I was injured and could not use all of my sessions. I only used 3 sessions and then they charged me for another month, so I currently have 13 sessions to use. I went to use one of my sessions today and they told me that I was not in the system anymore. I guess if you don't use your sessions within 30 days, you lose your sessions. I spent $340 and I only used 4 sessions but they will not give me anymore of my sessions.

My first experience at Ohio Cryo- Jacky was great. She explained everything and was thorough....love this place.
