Complete scam company. Didn’t complete the job but said I had to pay in full for the warranty to cover what they started in case something happened to it overnight. They cashed the check and never showed up again to finish the job. My porch looks horrible, sloppy, and not complete.
Very please with OCR, My porch looks brand new, and it was done in a timely fashion. Chuck and the team that came out were very polite and respectful! Price was fair and the outcome exceeded my expectations. 100% will be working with them in the future! Very satisfied!
Working with this company and my patio company they determined that the concrete pad needed removal and not repaired. After I was promised a full refund and advised not to contact ******* they then stopped replying to my emails and calls. I have not seen my refund and resorted to a claim with ******* It has been 75 days since payment and around 70 since the promise of a full refund.
1.0 star rating 4/2/2017 I would have gave them a negative score if I could have. They say a picture says a thousand words, well I can show pictures of what the area of my driveway looks like after just 8 months. They cheated me by using a poor quality product, then lied about what was used. Not only did they use a cheap paint they also skipped several steps before the application to prep my driveway.
