I lived at 3800 Woodbine for 2 years and the location is simply the best! Parking is ample and a non-issue which is rare for the city. The property is in between two highly regarded schools and on a quiet desirable street away from the hustle and bustle of 29th and 25th but still in the heart of the neighborhood. Great place to live. Apartments are newly renovated, street parking is always available, and there is free laundry. Only a 10-15 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants on W 25th and a cheap uber to downtown. Management is quick to respond to any questions or issues. Would highly recommend!
