I scheduled an appointment with the scheduling coordinator Chris a few weeks ago.... she was very nice at the time that I scheduled my appointment. However, today which is the day of my appointment I called more than 8 hours before it was time for my appointment.... it is 3:00pm now while I'm typing I talked to her about 20 to 30 minutes ago and my appointment was scheduled for tonight at 10pm....
