Unscrupulous and greedy owners. They don't put any extra effort into cleaning or doing anything else either. It's not clean in that kitchen. Don't trust their word because they will lie to you just to get you to do something and then they will pretend like it never happened. If something isn't in writing they will take you for all they can.
