Returned 2 large boxes of filters after they sent and charged us for duplicate filters. Come to find out they never put the returns in their system or refunded them to our account. called back to see what’s going on and they can’t find the filters we returned, they said they sent them to a different store. Very unorganized.
Very easy to find where to go. I had a will call order, pulled up to the will call door. Had the parts and left in less than 3 minutes. Very well organized, and helpful staff
