They treat you like family on the phone. Even weirder in person, they treat you the same way as they do on the phone, super friendly and like family. which had me Left confused because never had that experience. Thank you caterpillar of richwood, kentucky.We ❤️ you and need you 😊

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a 301.7 from out of state and needed several items. I needed to replace a cat battery that was purchasd in November, a fuse panel/battery cover, and fluids. Let’s start with they ordered the incorrect battery and fuse panel cover, they then ordered the correct piece told us it would be ready for pickup midweek. Customer Service was lacking 1000% my 90k dollar skid steer purchase was blown off by their sales rep! 4 weeks later and a 2 hour drive south I was able to bring home a new 255 machine same day from a different cat dealer even though Ohio cat is 5 mins up the road. If Ohio Cat’s sales rep would’ve returned calls and showed interest in making a sale I’d gave them a different rating. Shouldn’t have to chase and bother a sales rep! That didn’t happen at Boyd Cat…. Happy New Year!
