Outstanding customer service! For certain operations during the car wash the robot arm skipped the driver’s side of the car. Called both numbers. Left message for one and completed call to the other. The rep. was very polite and understanding. Apologized for my inconvenience and refunded my payment. The second number called me back a few minutes later, asking if my problem was addressed. This level of customer service is rare. THANKS.
HORRIBLE!! Trash is overflowing, vacuums don’t even suck up anything, and my car is left disgusting after the automatic car wash. Would not recommend this place! Looks like a run down landfill
