I had a wonderful experience with Ohio Capital and my loan officer Melissa Adams. I am a first time homebuyer and she walked me thru everything from the beginning to the end of the loan. She took time with me and answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. My loan was difficult but Melissa was able to get it done and we closed right on time. I couldn't of asked for a better loan officer.
After losing my mother and getting behind on bills Melissa was able to help me get a mortgage to get everything caught up and some major improvements done on my house. I couldn't have done it without her walking me thru everything step by step and going above and beyond - phone calls, emails & texts way after normal business hours. I had the best loan officer in the world. Melissa was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond for me, it was a lot of work. I have never bought a house and had no idea about the process. Melissa was so helpful she explained the process, made phone calls, faxed paperwork and worked with my realtor. I continue to share this wonderful experience with everyone who tells me they are thinking of buying a house I recommend Melissa and Ohio Capitol Mortgage. I never knew I could have gotten a new house with al the complications, but Jeff Harrison got it done. Great company
Worst experience i have ever had. Misleading, even though i was upfront and honest regarding my situation I was was mislead for a 4 month period. The loan officer never did call me to let me know they where not able to provide a loan to me, I never heard back from him -I wasted several months of my time along with hundreds of dollars.
