I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ohio Brake and Lube, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Went here on a recommendation to get my brakes fixed. Cost less then I feared, but more then I hoped. Still, overall it went as well as can be expected and the owner even drove me to and back from home. Overall it was the best I could hope for given how badly my brakes were dying. Will definitely see them again.
Go here if you want to be ripped off. Took my car in to get an oil change, tire rotation, brake flush and since they were already taking the wheels off for the rotation to take a look at the pads and rotors to see if they need replaced. I was never told there would be a $140 diagnostic fee to inspect the brakes. On top of that another $68 for shop supplies?? The bill came out to over $500.. I took it here because of the good reviews but it would’ve been cheaper to just take the car to the dealership.
Amazing mom and pop shop. Went above and beyond to help fix my mom's car, even with all the curve balls we threw in. Fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Very honest team of people, they communicated through the entire process, including calling with the cost prior to completing the work. 100% recommend and will take my car here for it's maintenance from this point forward. It's good to know there are still honest businesses out there!
I'm the sales manager with Shane Fisk Roofing. This is hands done the best company that we have ever worked with. They bend over backwards to serve their customers and deserve so much praise.
