Was hateful to my dad had him come up two times an still did not fix his car . He said he got other cars that are paying more to fix right now
The Good: Very prompt, professional service The Bad: We were charged $455 for an alternator that cost $185 at both Autozone and O'Reilly. Markups on parts are to be expected but adding $270 to a single part seems excessive. We will not return.
Every single time I’ve brought one of our cars here they have helped us quickly. They are honest and hard working. They are even better than when it was Mieneke- and I loved the shop back then. They don’t overcharge and have helped us with many different cars old and new.
Fast, competent diagnostic work and clear explanation of the problem and the repair options. Will use again. I also regularly have them do my oil changes.
These guys were incredible! I stalled at an intersection about a mile away and called asking if they had availability if I could get it towed there. They said yes, and that would do whatever they could to get me back on the road asap. Once I got my car towed, they had it tested and running within the hour! They were very clear about what they wanted to test and communicated exactly what they found along the way. I was on the road so fast that I still made it on time to a service call I was heading to.
