Always helpful, courteous, and respectful. Never tries to sell me stuff I dont need. Staff is always polite and timely.
Stopped in for welding repair on a noisy muffler pipe. After reviewing whole system, confirmed I have a crack that's rusted out the pipe right before the muffler. Manager applied a ceramic adhesive and said let's see if that will hold until you need to replace the muffler. I appreciate that!! No song and dance, no pressure sales tactics to replace now, just a simple patch. When its time to replace the entire muffler, I'll be back. Thank you!
They were not friendly and short tempered. They did not even look at one of the issues I had asked them to look at even though the vehicle sat there for over a week.
One visit years ago was all it took to ensure that I wouldn’t go to another auto care place - these guys are fantastic. Always nice and respectful and very honest about what is going on with my vehicle. I would absolutely refer this place to anyone who is seeking car care.
I took my 2016 Honda odyssey van to them due to a whining noise when I sometimes turned left. They looked at all the possible issues and found nothing. They had the van for 1 hour and did not charge me. Great people and place. Will definitely rely come back. Thank you for your honesty.
