I highly recommend this place. Customer service is absolutely outstanding. I Ended up in a sticky situation that caused my car not to be drivable and they fixed it perfectly. Not only did he go above and beyond he worked With me on the price. he was very honest and Didn’t try to upsell me on things that I did not bring my car for unlike other shops would have. this is where I will be bringing my car For now on.
Traveling from Cincinnati to Akron on a Friday evening (7:30), got an alert for low tire around Columbus (15PSI) googled nearest tire shop . Found this one 8 mins off the exit. Made it to the shop, worker stopped in the middle of what he was doing to look at our tire. Saw it had a puncture in the tire, plugged it, all within 15 mins and we were on our way. Very nice gentleman and we appreciate him so much!
First time going here, I literally called all the tire places around my area and nobody had the tire I needed in stock and some said outrageous prices, then I contacted this place and the owner got a new affordable tire for my Tesla and it was done quick, great service and great prices. I definitely recommend this place, I will be telling friends and family about this place. Thanks again 😊
