Went the first time gave my name, called the next day and they said I'm not on her HIPAA, went yesterday I asked the person three times if I'm actually on it and she said yes. Called today and they said I'm not her HIPAA. Never went to an unorganized office before. The front desk doesn't know what they're doing at all.
