Very disappointing experience. I went to O’Herns Road Medical Clinic for help with important health concerns, including fertility and mental health, and felt judged from the start. The doctor’s first comment to me was that I was obese, which came across as insensitive and lacked any real bedside manner. I also wasn’t comfortable with the advice I received and did not feel listened to or supported during the appointment. I left feeling upset and unlikely to return.
