So poor service. Booked appointment at 10:45 am. Was here at 10:35am. Kept waiting till 11:15am . Asked reception about how long we have to wait more , she replied there's 1 more patient to be looked before us. At 11:15 you telling us there is 1.more patient before us when we were booked in for 10:45. Are you guys serious. Have some respect for someone's time. If you can't see in time just don't book or increase the appointment time slot
