I walked in one day and was immediately greeted by warm, welcoming staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They made sure I felt comfortable and supported the entire time. I was even offered food, drinks, and some snacks — something small but thoughtful that really stood out to me. The staff at Ohel are very experienced and caring. Avroham Yehudah Ross is gentle and soft spoken but very effective working with individuals. He is respectful & intelligent and reaches people easily. I highly recommend the organization.
