All medical professionals are extremely kind, take their time, are patient & don't mind answering questions. I see Dr. Johns and he is wonderful. The nursing staff are the best I've had anywhere.
The check-in staff was nice but my doctor didnt help me. I went in to get an ultrasound of my breast tissue and was dismissed. She did a quick look and said I was normal even when I asked again for the ultrasound. I feel looked over and no other recommendations were given except for a visit to come back in 6-12 months. I drove 40mins to get there, get dismissed, and you think I want to come back in the future? I left there in tears.
The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Dr Hermes is just awesome and thorough. I would definitely send family and friends there if needed. Highly recommend.
Great staff & very convenient location. Early hours available for lab and treatment suite.
