If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. Every time i’ve came in for an appointment there is weirdly something wrong every time! Came for bloodwork they didn’t notify me until I was parking that the person to draw blood was not there. I go to review ultrasound results the power is completely out. Then they are extremely rude and not helpful. The staff is a mess and there is no organization at all! Some staff tell me to pull up my results and they will tell me. I am SO glad I found this office!!! They are so fabulous and I feel so cared for by the Doctor and the staff! Absolutely recommending them to my adult daughters as well!
Dr. Diana Tran- Kim and her staff were absolutely lovely! This was my first time visiting their clinic and my first time ever seeing an OBY so I was nervous, but everyone made me feel very welcomed and they were all very friendly. Dr. Kim herself was very sweet and explained everything to me so that I understood and get me on the right path and start a new journey in my life.
