I recently switched my care over to Dr. Kim and was extremely impressed by her knowledge, communication skills and patience answering all of my questions. Unlike other doctors, she made me feel like I mattered and that my appointment would last as long as it needed to, rather than as long as the office could afford before cramming a subsequent patient into the schedule. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and have had an extremely frustrating experience with the front office staff. They consistently do not answer phone calls, even though they clearly have caller ID. They never bother returning the calls, and when they say they will call back, they never do. Dr. Diana Tran Kim and her staff are the best! I have been going to her clinic for several years now and always get the best care. The front desk team are organized and efficient and I am always seen on time. I appreciate that the office offers aesthetic services in addition to OBGYN care. It’s convenient to have both in one place. I have done Botox, lasers, PRP and emsculpt with nurse Camilla and would not trust anyone else.
