Amazing office with a doctor that truly cares for her patients. It’s not too often when you find a doctor or provider, in general, that takes her time to educate every single patient regarding their treatment plans or preventative measures or just to even get to know her patient as a person. Especially in a field like women’s health, Dr. Tran - Kim is a one of a kind doctor that takes the initiative to provide the best quality care for her patients.
Will price gouge you and lie about your payments esp if you payed in cash, has regularly canceled my appointments AND SURGERIES with only 10 mins notice, does not keep track of labs or payments, will prescribe you antibiotics you don’t need. Dr. Tran is clearly knowledgeable but her staff and the methods she runs her office are inexcusable and extremely unprofessional. Highly recommend all patients seeking OB/gynecological AND aesthetics here! Dr. Tran-Kim is amazing and such an advocate for women's health which is what we need more today. She will make you feel the most comfortable during your care and offer so many options that will help personalize your needs. The nurse practitioner Chau is also the best! I recently switched my care over to Dr. Kim and was extremely impressed by her knowledge, communication skills and patience answering all of my questions. Unlike other doctors, she made me feel like I mattered and that my appointment would last as long as it needed to, rather than as long as the office could afford before cramming a subsequent patient into the schedule.
