Truly disappointed at my last 2 visits to this establishment, I refrained from making a bad review last year when I had horrible service from the older waitress in the establishment because I previously had better experiences here. But that previous time when I took my friend from out of town to try it he was ignored, given stale food when finally addressed, and lied to and told he was unable to order certain menu items which we saw other tables order shortly after. When I first came I loved the food and the all you can eat. After awhile of going back a few times they apparently was under new ownership so they changed the price (that’s fine if food stayed the same but it didn’t) they stopped serving alcohol, stopped serving certain meats and my food was more salty and rushed! It took me 6 mins just to chew the steak. The calamari came out not fresh. They skimp on the hibachi which is weird bc it’s an all you can eat.
