The toilet seats are cool, but the baggage delay is not cool at all.
If at terminal one and running late, try the security check point on the south end right before the walkway to terminal two
Go to the connector between the E and F concourse. Free wifi from Delta and a general place to escape the madness that is O'Hare.
Don't fly to or from here on United. Your flight will be delayed and/or cancelled, and the people at customer service are RUDE.

Don't be in a hurry here, because it won't do you any good. Also, allow plenty of time between connections when booking, as it takes FOREVER to get from one gate to the next.
