If you're flying AA, you can get a healthy salad for under $8 from the spot next to Burrito Bar near McD and Starbucks. Basic romaine salad, but unlimited toppings, feta, cherry tomatoes, peppers, etc
Don't expect to find a charging station. Antiquated airport.

Keep an eye out for electrical outlets to charge your phone, computer or iPad. There weren't very many.
Power outlets are few and far between. You would think in a city if this size the airport would allow you to charge your devices...especially if there isn't plane entertainment!
Virgin America has plenty of outlets for charging before your flight
