I was there for a recall fix and very friendly & thorough staff. 2 years after this visit I had the same problem with the motor gen & they didn’t let me know that the feds extended the warranty on the motor gen & it cost me $2,000 out of pocket. I’ll never buy a vehicle there again.
Initially buying a vehicle here was fine. They sold me an extended warranty that I ended up needing to use. At that point their service center counter worker treated me like a con artist trying to win over their trust. First I must say thank you Serena. Serena was absolutely the best to work with. She made the entire car-buying process smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel pressured. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. If you’re going to O’Hara Motors, I highly recommend asking for Serena outstanding service and a great experience all around.
Yikes. Avoid this place and Don the sales manager like the plague. They wouldn't ground a lease because I didn't buy from them. They wouldn't service an active safety warrantee on a steering damper part because they were too busy. They really don't seem to care about anything except selling the cars. Everything else is "not their problem" apparently. Do yourself a favor and do exactly what Don told me to do: Find another Jeep dealership to go to.
I brought my Jeep Compass in for a recall. I was greeted by staff very pleasantly. They took quick care of me. I was on my way in an hour.
