Brittany was a huge help in helping me find a Ram truck that was right for me. She was communicative and attentive throughout the process of test driving, purchasing, and turning in a pre-existing lease from another dealership. I have been having a good experience with O Hara Motors since 1998. I have purchased and have serviced 7 vehicles from this dealership.
My 2500 RAM was driven into a 4 foot snow bank I tried to free the truck and could NOT. The idiot lights went on, the truck still did not move. I was concerned that the transmission might have been damaged ! Had the truck towed to O'Hara ,where I purchased the RAM almost 3 yrs ago. Christine Gill, in service, contacted me that the vehicle was ready to go. When I arrived, she informed me that the transmission was okay and NO COST for the service. I sent a form over for Megan to fill out after my inspection at around 1130am. She assured me she'd get to it "in a few minutes". After 90 minutes I called back to ensure she received my email. She reassured me she'd get it back to me within the hour. I never received it. Pretty poor service.
Brittany was fantastic; she was very responsive and thorough.
