O'Hara has a terrible service department. They made me wait two weeks for an appointment for a grinding sound coming from my rear wheels, which I thought was from my brakes. I had an 8:30am drop off time and made me wait twenty minutes just to get to me, even though there was no one else in the place. They had my car all day and called me at 3pm to tell me I needed a new transmission. They said they wouldn't have the parts until next week, it would take a week to fix, and it would cost $10,000. Road race weekend- my family parks in a lot near this place, but not on their lot. After 7.2 miles, we walked and a car caught our eye. Went to check it out, 2 women ran out to yell at our family that this is private property, and that we were trespassing. One would think on the most packed weekend of the year, they would like the business. Heard them yell at other families walking by as well. Seemed like 2 women looking for a fight, we wont’t be come here ever again, so disappointed
We brought our jeep to O"Hara after trying 2 other dealerships for an issue. They were the only one that was able to identify - and quickly - the precise issue. Olivia stayed in constant communication with us, even helping to navigate the warranty company. Would not hesitate to go back in the future.
