This is the best yoga/barre studio I’ve been to. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially Alyssa. I have a lot of health issues and struggled to find a place that is understanding of that. All the instructors are so supportive and emphasize how important it is to listen to your body. Life changing! I primarily use the online classes because my local fitness boutiques were using the same or similar exercises every class. The lack of consistency was frustrating, especially when paying $150-200 for a monthly membership. Ohana’s instructors are great at changing up the exercises, cueing, and making the classes interactive yet challenging. The ability to stream these classes has truly changed my life, I look forward to classes which keeps me consistent.
Love, love this yoga studio! Great instructors and they have expanded to other therapies such as sauna/ice bath . Great retail too!
My favorite studio in Denver! and I’ve tried all of them. Alyssa understands the body so deeply and creates the best flows that target muscle groups incredibly effectively. All the teachers and studio managers make you feel comfortable and welcome. Highly, highly recommend.
