So Ohana Vapors has done it again! I was in a bind and needed some lovin and Chelsea hooked me up!!!! She always knows exactly what I need even if I don't. She spent tons of time going through options with me. I even brought in a bag full of vape stuff I've accumulated over the last 5 years and she helped me decide what to pitch and what to keep. My wife is a frequent customer there and loves Chelsea. She will go out of her way to get you exactly what you need at a great price. No bad complaints here.
Very helpful staff! Went in with an idea came out with the beat vape I ever had. Will be going back. I recommend them to everyone.
Great company and great customer service
Most employees are great !!! Love the shop but even if u are a buyer that comes in more then 1x a week and spends 50$+ there they won’t work with you . Very upset !

I am really sorry you had a bad experience! Unfortunately, the FDA is cracking down on regulations and laws and we do have to see an ID for purchases to verify age, even if we've seen your face 100 times before. If there were an undercover in the shop and saw us make a sale without carding you we would get hit with a fine. I know it's a huge inconvenience but it is a law we have to abide by, I hope you understand.
I was just going to whatever store I was closest to at the time when I needed something. After going to this store, I will not go anywhere else, even if it is out of the way. Nobody here has the"we're better then you" attitude you find in most places and seem to enjoy their jobs which makes for a comfortable environment and openness to ask questions. This is by far the best b&m store within 100 miles.
