Dishonest business practices - they left an incomplete yard job, and offered to complete it if I paid additional fees. The services that were included in the original estimate were not complete because the crew hauled away the incorrect items and then charged me for it. My friends and I even did the weed whacking and shrub removal ourselves, and the invoice was still twice the amount of the original estimate. No offer to correct or compromise anything, just demands for payment.
