The utility billing here is a scam. When we renewed our lease we started getting billed for trash, water, sewer and those are not metered and fluctuate with absolutely no reason why. We don’t even get the bills in the mail. We just have to pay it with our rent off the app. The electricity bill has always been crazy since he retired. My friend and I both live here. He's moving out. All of his stuff was under the car port and most of it got stolen, along with stuff inside. We called the cops. Turns out Ohana employees stole his stuff because "anything left after 3pm on move out day is free for employees to have as they wish" is what he was told. Play station, switch, and whole boxes gone as we were moving it. They are vultures and do lots of sketchy stuff apparently.
I rented from ohana for nearly 7 years and it was great until recently. The prices they are asking for a small home are absolutely ridiculous for the area. Do some looking and you'll find something at the same price in a much nicer area.
