We cannot say enough amazing things about this team. They are beyond incredible. Personable. Bed side that is unmatched. Reliable, and go out of their way to care and show love and support for your family both adults and children! If you crave that small town feel where the doctor works for you instead of against and your family, makes care calls like they would for their own family, you've found your place! They are spot on and they don't miss. You will not find better care
My initial visit was great, everything was handled well and the staff seemed great! Then, a week later on a Saturday, a male doctor called me and said that he was dropping me as a new patient, and refused to give me any reason as to why. I had just setup a new treatment plan with their doctor, and everything was fine. I have no idea why I would be dropped. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the experience I had is absolutely unacceptable. Wish I could give zero stars.
As far as taking care of their patients when they are available and in office they are really great, but keeping your office open to the general public to “answer phones and do paperwork” as the women that answered the phone said is insane, especially without a doctor or physician in the office is absolutely wild. Why even keep your office open to the general public if you don’t even have a doctor or someone on call that can help your patients when they are sick? had a great experience with Dr. Chelsea. She was very efficient and went above and beyond to understand my situation. I felt truly heard and supported throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a big difference in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Chelsea to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.
