Went here for an early Father's Day meal. The atmosphere is very similar to the former owners/Toefflers vibe. We sat at the tall tables across from the bar. The TV screens had some sports games on, FIFA I think. It was a good time and the food is still really great! I recommend the stinky cheeseburger.
It's okay...food gets the job done but definitely room for improvement. The good: the chips, fries, and sweet potato fries are all excellent. Salty, crispy, and hit the spot. The not-so-good: The service was sloooow. 45-50 minutes to serve up a burger and chicken caeser wrap, even when the venue was 50% empty. Condiments on the tables were also empty. The Monticello Class of 1976 would like to thank Ohana Kitchen. We had our 50th class reunion there on July 9th. We used the room upstairs. They did a great job helping us plan this event. The staff was excellent and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The food was wonderful. Our class had so fun catching up with each other. I would highly recommend having an event, or just a meal at Ohana Kitchen.
Coming from Hawaii, we were excited to see Ohana Kitchens options for food. We purchased large carryout pans for a party. Shoyu chicken, kalua pork, mac salad and rice. Piping hot when we arrived to pick up, gave us extra mac, price was very reasonable. The food was so good, we loved it, party members raved about it. A very good experience, thank you. Side note: Hawaiian rolls went great with it.
